Our homemade pickles and preserves are made from fresh, in season North Carolina fruits and vegetables (with the exception of cranberries and citrus). We grow a lot of our own right here in Alamance County and buy the rest from our network of small & organic farmers and our local Farmer's Markets. We use original low or no-sugar and low or no salt recipes, with no dyes, additives or preservatives. You'll find something for every diet and every palate. Our products are the best thing you ever put in your mouth!
