Our Philosophy Our name reflects our belief that the Earth is truly blessed. That is why we support sustainable agriculture, organic farming, and the agricultural tradition of North Carolina. All of the produce we use, with the exception of cranberries and citrus, is grown in our garden or purchased from local small farmers and farmer's markets. In fact, we have been members of, and vendors at, the Carrboro Farmer's Market since 1989, and in 2005 began selling our wares at the Saxapahaw Farmer's Market as well. Our products have been a great success because we use only the freshest, in- season fruits and vegetables, no artificial ingredients, no added chemicals or dyes. Our products change with the seasons so there is always something new to taste and experience. Our goal at Blessed Earth Farm is the creation of wholesome, natural, impeccable pickles & preserves that not only taste great, but are also really healthy.
